ABSTRACT SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION

Abstracts must be submitted online via the congress submission system only and will be evaluated by the Scientific Review Committee. Abstracts submitted by e-mail or through any other means will not be considered.

Abstract presentations by undergraduate students are not accepted within the scope of the congress.

Each participant may submit and present more than one abstract.

To present an accepted abstract, the presenting author must complete congress registration by the end of the early registration period at the latest. In multi-author submissions, co-authors are also required to register if they wish to attend the congress.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Hacettepe University Journal of the Faculty of Pharmacy (HUJPHARM), which is indexed in Scopus.
Authors are fully responsible for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.

After completion of the evaluation process, no revisions or modifications will be allowed through the system.

Abstracts will be reviewed under a double-blind review process, with all personal and institutional information kept confidential. Evaluation results will be communicated to the presenting author via e-mail and may also be followed through the submission system. Informing co-authors of the acceptance or rejection decision is the responsibility of the presenting author.
