Symposium fees include entry to the scientific program, the symposium kit, visits to the exhibition booths, lunch, and coffee breaks. 20% VAT is not included. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Diamed Organization.

• For cancellation requests made on or before April 24, 2026, 75% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
• For cancellation requests made on or before May 22, 2026, 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
• No refund will be made for cancellations made on or after May 23, 2026. Only name changes will be accepted after this date.

Accommodation fees are for 1 night. The prices stated include room and breakfast, but 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax are not included. Please inquire about room availability from Diamed Congress Organization for all your accommodation requests. For all payments not made on time or delayed after the symposium date, an additional 10% will be added to the budgets and website prices and will be passed on to you.

Check-in time at the hotel is 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is 12:00. Guests who wish to extend their check-out time can pay an additional fee at the registration desk to extend their stay, subject to the hotel's availability.

Transfer fees under the "Normal" status are valid for group transfers. In case of an increase in fuel prices, there will be a parallel increase in fees. 20% VAT is not included in the prices.
